Turnaround time is usually between 2-6 weeks, and I work on a first come first serve basis. If there is someone ahead of you, I will let you know as soon as I have finished their commission and begun work on yours.A colour block background is completely free!! The background will always be defaulted to grey or white unless you'd like a different colour, or purchase a background for your piece.You will receive updates on your commission as I make progress, via your preferred method of contact, (i.e., email, DMs, discord, etc.)If you would like a rush job done with the fastest possible turnaround time I can manage, there is an upcharge to be discussed upon request.There is an upcharge for complicated characters, typically around 30% of the commission price, but is subject to change if your character of choice is exceedingly complex.I do not offer a refund on finished commissions. If I have already finished one stage of your commission (the sketch, the flat colours, etc,) I will be charging you accordingly, and refunding the rest of the amount. Meaning, if I have already shown you the sketch and you have decided you dont like it and want a refund rather than a revision, I will charge you for JUST the sketch, and the rest of the amount will be returned to you.Revisions will cost an extra $25 for each revision to be made. For example, if you want me to completely redraw the pose, that would be another $25 i will invoice you for.Minor changes are completely free.All the above rules are non-negotiable.Thank you for reading!
